Your purchase is subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

  • EU consumers have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal

  • Some products (e.g., consumables, customized items) are non-returnable

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product

  • Order cancellations are only possible before dispatch
