    We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
  • By placing an order with us, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

  • 1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
  • If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
  • The 14-day period starts:
  • The day after you receive your product(s), or
  • The day after the last product in a multi-item order is delivered.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days via email:

  • 2. Return Eligibility
  • To qualify for a return, items must:
  • ✔ Be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
    ✔ Include original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
    ✔ Be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal
  • Non-returnable items
  • For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
  • Opened or used pet food, snacks, or consumables
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital services or delivered digital content
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
  • If an item is returned in unsuitable condition, we may decline the refund or apply a partial refund.

  • 3. Return Shipping Costs
  • Unless the product is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for:
  • Return shipping fees
  • Packaging the item safely to avoid damage during transit
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
    We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • If the return is due to:
  • defective items,
  • incorrect items delivered, or
  • damaged goods on arrival,
  • AUPM will cover return shipping costs.

  • 4. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved:
  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
  • Refunds are usually completed within 7–14 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued
  • Deductions:
  • We may deduct:
  • Shipping fees (if applicable)
  • Costs for damaged or used items
  • Costs for missing components or packaging

  • 5. Exchanges
  • We currently offer exchanges only for:
  • defective items,
  • damaged items, or
  • incorrect items delivered.
  • If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, size, or color (if applicable), please contact us at info@aupm.be.

  • 6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no cost to you.

  • 7. Order Cancellation
  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
    If the order has already been dispatched, you must follow the standard return procedure above.
  • Digital services or delivered digital content cannot be canceled once delivery has begun.

  • 8. Exceptions for Services Provided on AUPM.EU
  • For service-based orders (e.g., consulting, marketing services, brand services), refunds depend on service progress:
  • If work has not started, a full refund may be issued
  • If work is partially completed, a partial refund may apply
  • If work is fully completed, no refund is available
  • We will clearly communicate the status before confirming any refund.
